I have written a small picture viewer program which lets me select a picture from a listbox on form1 and displays it in a separate window which is scaled to the picture size. If I scroll with the mousewheel, the display window is closed, the next picture in the listbox is chosen, and a new display window is opened scaled to the selected picture. This works perfectly under Ocx 1171. When I try to run this program under Ocx 1181 - after scrolling on the display picture - the new picture is not scaled and after a few pictures have been shown - the program fails indicating it is unable to load an Ocx label on the display window. I have tried every variation of releasing the resources of the display window - basically only the picture and the label and have had no success at all.. any idea what I may be doing wrong here?

As far as I'm aware, builds 1180 and 1181 of the OCX were released to fix Memory release problems with forms. However, there have been a number of problems experienced, especially with 1180. To report the problem you are having, join the mailing list at gfa-basic.liebenstein.de/index_en.htm and post your question there. Sjouke Hamstra will then pick up the problem you are having.

Thanks for the info on the mailing list - didn't realize it existed. Will do a little more research to ensure that the problem is not in my code. Am currently building a stripped down version to see if I can isolate the interaction which is causing the problem. If the error is consistently reproducible in the stripped down version will pass it on to Sjouke Hamstra.
