TIP: Keyboard Accelerators & "Tip of the day" Popup

I think once a day GFA shows a Popup reminder/hint, actually: "Tip of the day".
I wondered where I might find all these tips.
In the GFA Help file there is a section called:"Keyboard Accelerators".
This is one of the many ways GFA helps you speed up your coding adventures.
For example, to select an entire procedure...
Ctrl + Pg up (+ Shift)
Jumps (if holding shift, Selects) to the first line of the current Proc, or if already there to the previous Procedure/Sub/Function.
Ctrl + Pg down (+ Shift)
Jumps (if holding shift, Selects) to first line of the next Procedure/Sub/Function.
Jumps (if holding shift, Selects) to the first line of the current Proc, or if already there to the previous Procedure/Sub/Function.
Ctrl + Pg down (+ Shift)
Jumps (if holding shift, Selects) to first line of the next Procedure/Sub/Function.
