I have come across a problem with one of my programs:
I can print the ASCII characters (nos 0-127), the extended ASCII set (128-255), all using chr(), but how do you print the extended character set?
Once again, I have scoured the help file, but to no avail - I now know you can store the extended characters in a variant array (the old string array only caters for the first 256 characters apparently) but can find no mention of how you can actually display them on the screen.
Any help would be appreciated...

CharSet Short get/put Sets or returns the character set used in the font. 0 - Standard Windows characters 2 - The symbol character set. 128 - Double-byte character set (DBCS) unique to the Japanese version of Windows 255 - Extended characters normally displayed by DOS applications.
Can this be of help?

Thanks for that.
One day, I hope we shall see a version of the WChr function appear in GFA.
