Is this program not 'working' for you any more?

God, This is my workaround program to get the Newly revised and updated .INCOME 2024.xlsx file out. Currently a clunky app (at this point) to be shoehorned into the main program at some point.
This program works fine, as it is, it is just that it is an after the fact required action, which I am trying to embed in the code as true "Behind the scenes" action. ("one button" will turn into "No button" fully automated)
Since Comcast won't accept Outlook 2010, my program was choking at the email send request.
Thankfully everything else was hard copy printed and files (.xlsx) were already saved. So a manual email file send needs to be recoded. ( Or I guess I bite the bullet and get a newer version of outlook. Naw, not yet - learn something and figure it out I will - for now at least.....)

God,
What does it show for you? If you paste your Working URL into the Shellexecute does it load your SMTP service provider interface?

This code seems to work as expected, opens a web browser session using the passed URL.
Declare FunctionA ShellExecute Lib "shell32.dll" ( _ ByVal hwnd As Long, _ ByVal lpOperation As String, _ ByVal lpFile As String, _ ByVal lpParameters As String, _ ByVal lpDirectory As String, _ ByVal nShowCmd As Long) As Long
ShellExecute( _ 0, _ "Open", _ "https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite/#!!&app=io.ox/mail&folder=defaultO/INBOX", _ "", _ "", _ SW_SHOW)
This GFA provided version also works as expected:
ShellExec "Open", "https://google.com", , , SW_SHOW
