passing parameters byVal to a function/procedure is like that , your program pushs the value of parameters into the stack then makes a call to the function.
so byVal you will deal with a copy of parameters, changing it has no effect on the original passed parameters.
in ByRef the parameters , you program pushs a pointer to the original one , so any effects will apply on the original parameters.
