This is a good question and at the moment i also need a window without a border.
And i habe a additional question: How can i prevent a entry in the taskbar? Is there a possibility to realize this with an OpenW or does this go only afterwards? How?

The only way of doing this in GFA Basic is to create the form in the Form Editor and set the ShowInTaskbar property to 0 (zero) when the form is loaded. Once the form is open and visible, I do not know and can not find any way of removing the icon from the Taskbar.

Me too! Ich have search by google and i find other Poeple for "ShowInTaskbar not working". They have the same problem since many years. If you have show the form/window, settings with ShowInTaskbar will have no effect! Form Hidden NoCaption ftest = "Test Form", 100, 100, 100, 100 With ftest .Hide : Delay 1 .ShowInTaskbar = False .Show Message .ShowInTaskbar .Hide : Delay 1 .ShowInTaskbar = True .Show Message .ShowInTaskbar EndWith

Hi all,
To remove the line around a window you must use "FIXED". The line is used by sizing event, then if fixed the line is not necessary and automatically removed. That's corresponding to Me.Sizeable = False.
Example :
OpenW Top Fixed NoTitle 1 Do Sleep Loop Until Me Is Nothing

Bonjour scalion, c'est bien, il n'y a pas de bordure, mais alors comment faire pour fermer proprement cette fenêtre ?
Hello scalion, it's good, there is no border, but then how to close this window properly?

Hi Ventilo, we can use ALT+F4 or by this code : me.close.

Good answer. Just for info, you can also add an OCX Command button to the form which can act like a 'X' on a window with a border.
